Tender Description
The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites sealed bids for cutting and stitching of uniforms including trousers and female coats for the fiscal year 2025-26. The procurement covers 831 pairs of uniforms, 554 trousers, and 18 female coats to be delivered at the Lines Headquarters N-5, C-III, Rahim Yar Khan.
Bidders must provide samples and meet specified technical standards including quality of materials and stitching. Delivery is required within 90 days of contract signing with partial delivery of 50% within 30 days. Bidders must have at least two years of experience and three previous work orders. The contract includes onsite measurement services and alteration responsibilities. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per tender documents.
