Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the cutting and stitching of 3328 pairs of uniforms along with 1050 extra uniform trousers for the uniformed staff including photographers, PMS, H/PMS, and technical staff of the National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) West Zone in Quetta. The procurement falls under the textiles and clothing category and is specifically for the financial year 2025-26. The delivery location is the DIG / Zonal Commander office NHMP West Zone Quetta, with a delivery period of 90 days after signing the agreement.
The scope includes precise tailoring specifications for male and female shirts and trousers, safari suits for PGs and technical staff, and the use of specified materials such as Bukram Urooj/DVAT and Asli Pari thread. The bid validity period is 120 days, and the contract includes a 10% performance security. The warranty period is six months from acceptance, with a 15-day correction period for defects. Liquidated damages of 0.2% per day up to 10% of the contract value apply for delays.
