Daily LP Contract of Medicines, Disposables, Lab Kits, and Implants for FY 2026/27

Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Bannu is inviting sealed bids from SECP and preferably DGDP registered well reputed firms duly registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan for the provision of LP Medicines on a daily basis for the financial year 2026/27. All participating firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and must be on the active list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Interested parties are required to intimate the maximum rebate or discount to be offered on the retail price of medicines. Items being procured: - Medicines - Disposables - Lab Kits - Implants The tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available at the CMH Bannu office and can be obtained on any working day during office hours against a non-refundable deposit of Rs. 5000 in the hospital account office. The scope includes supply of medicines and related medical consumables on a daily contract basis ensuring quality and timely delivery to CMH Bannu. Eligibility criteria include registration with SECP, DGDP preference, Ministry of Health registration, active FBR list status, and valid income tax and sales tax registration. Firms must comply with PPRA rules and submit bids in a single package containing two separate envelopes for Financial and Technical proposals as per PPRA Rules 36b. The last date for submission of tenders is **27 July 2026 by 11:30 hrs**. Bids must be deposited with the Medical Officer In-charge Medical Store CMH Bannu. The tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 hrs in the presence of bidders’ representatives. CMH Bannu reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1).
