Daily LP Contract of Medicine, Disposables, Lab Kits, Implants for FY 2026/27

The Government Medical College (GMC) Jarrar in Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the daily supply contract of LP medicines, disposables, lab kits, and implants for the financial year 2026/27. This procurement is aimed at ensuring continuous availability of essential medical supplies for patient care at GMC Jarrar Medical Store. Items being procured: - LP Medicine on daily basis - Disposables - Lab Kits - Implants The tender document detailing terms and conditions can be obtained from GMC Jarrar Medical Store upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 during office hours. Firms registered with SECP and preferably DGDP, and registered with the Ministry of Health, Government of Pakistan, are eligible to participate. All bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments and appear on the active FBR list. Firms not registered with these institutions may also compete by submitting earnest money equal to 10% of the total tender value. The sealed bids must be submitted by 05 October 2026 at 1100 hrs to the Medical Officer In-charge Medical Store GMC Jarrar. The technical and financial proposals should be submitted in two separate envelopes within a single package, clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL' respectively, as per PPRA Rules 36b. The tender opening will take place on the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives. GMC Jarrar reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA Rules 33(1). Interested bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure compliance with all requirements. The tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your financial proposal clearly states the maximum rebate or discount offered on the retail price of medicines, as this will be a key evaluation factor.
