The materials and services include consumables, diagnostic accessories, gases, and laundry services essential for hospital functionality. Bidders must ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying hospital-related goods and services is essential. Earnest Money in the form of 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted as CDR or Bank Guarantee from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
