Delivery of Secure Vehicle Number Plates and Smart Registration Cards Courier Service

The Excise and Taxation Department Islamabad Capital Territory invites sealed bids from experienced, GST/NTN registered courier service providers for the door-step delivery of Secure Vehicle Number Plates and Smart Registration Cards. This contract covers delivery from the Excise & Taxation Office, Islamabad, to designated destinations nationwide across Pakistan. Compensation for loss or damage is set at 10 times the official selling price for number plates and 10% of invoice value for registration cards payable to the department.
