Tender Description
The Punjab Board of Technical Education (PBTE), Lahore, is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and registered Medical Practitioners for engagement as Medical Advisor on a monthly honorarium basis. This engagement is for the Board located at 21-A, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore.
Items being procured:
- Engagement of Medical Advisor to provide free medical consultation and advice to PBTE employees
- Examination, recommendation, and verification of medical reimbursement claims submitted by PBTE employees
- Verification of medical certificates submitted by employees
- Provision of free medical consultation at the advisor's own clinic to PBTE employees or their family members
The Medical Advisor will be paid a monthly honorarium of Rs. 30,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. The engagement will be contractual and terminable by either party without prior notice. Candidates must hold an MBBS degree from a recognized institution, be registered with the Punjab Medical Council or Pakistan Medical & Dental Council, and have at least five years of post-qualification professional experience in government, semi-government, or reputed private hospitals. Preference will be given to candidates residing or practicing near Allama Iqbal Town or Muslim Town, Lahore.
Applications must include an updated CV, copies of educational and professional qualification certificates, valid medical registration certificate, and experience certificates. Submission is accepted only through Pakistan Post or courier service to The Secretary, Punjab Board of Technical Education, 21-A, Kashmir Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. Applications submitted by hand, email, or other means will not be entertained. The last date for submission is 25-11-2026.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all certificates and registration documents are valid and clearly legible to avoid disqualification. Timely submission via courier is crucial as late applications will not be considered.
