Dental Material, Maxillofacial Surgery and Prosthetic Items Purchase

A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders as well as soft copies for the purchase of Dental Material, Maxillofacial Surgery and Prosthetic Items on an annual running rate contract basis for Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement is for tertiary and secondary care hospitals located in various cities across Pakistan under a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding procedure from eligible bidders, suppliers, or manufacturers on an FOR basis and as required. Items being procured: - Dental Material - Maxillofacial Surgery Items - Prosthetic Items Tender documents including terms and conditions can be downloaded from the PPRA website https://epms.ppra.org.pk. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- is payable via Pay Order or Demand Draft along with the Technical Proposal. Technical and financial specifications for generics and prequalified brands must be quoted by filling specified cells in the Tender Files available on the PPRA website. Proposals must be submitted with a CD containing the soft copy and duly signed stamped printouts before the closing date. No proposal will be accepted without the prescribed format and specified files as per PPRA tender documents. This tender is published by the Public Sector General Hospital, Islamabad. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all requirements and submit bids by 10:00 am on 26th October 2026. The tender opening will be at 10:30 am on the same day.
