Bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL and provide 2% bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank. The bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage-Two Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-Procurement) before the deadline of 25-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 noon.
