Saidu College of Dentistry Saidu Sharif Swat is inviting e-bids through the E-PADS portal for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is aimed at authorized firms and vendors registered with FBR and KPK professional tax where applicable. The department requires a comprehensive supply of dental and medical related items along with stationery and hardware to support its operations. Items being procured: - Dental Materials - Dental Instruments - Anesthesia Drugs - Surgical & OT Consumables - Pathology Lab Chemicals - X-ray Film - Bedding Clothing - Stationery - Electrical & Hardware - Contingency items The technical scope covers supply of quality materials and consumables suitable for dental and pathology lab use, anesthesia drugs meeting medical standards, and durable bedding and clothing. Stationery and electrical hardware items are also included to ensure smooth facility operations. The procurement will be conducted under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, Rule 6(2)(a), using a single stage single envelope method. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPPRA/EPADS and FBR, and hold valid KPK professional tax registration where applicable. Experience in supplying medical and dental consumables is highly desirable. Bidders should prepare their technical and financial bids carefully, including Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). The last date for submission of e-bids is Monday, August 17, 2026, by 11:00 am. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. The original CDR must be delivered to the Principal's office before the closing time. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 am.
