Items being procured: - Invitation Cards: 1800 Nos., 5x7 size, 310grm art card with matt lamination and 4-color printing, envelopes 150-gram matt paper 4-color printing - Degree Folders: 450 Nos., leather made with embossing of DUET logo, velvet inside, double fold, landscape opening with holding strips - VIP Shields Large Size: 2 Nos., wooden frame metal plate with embossing and laser printing - VIP Shields Medium Size: 2 Nos., wooden frame metal plate with embossing and laser printing - Merit Certificates: 400 Nos., A4 size landscape digital printing - Silver Medals for 1st Position: 13 Nos., 5 gram coin with blue box - Bronze Medals for 2nd & 3rd Position: 26 Nos., front side DUET logo with black box - Gold Medal 4 Gram Coin 21karat for University: 1 No., top DUET logo with green box - Gold Medal 2 Gram Coin 21karat for Faculty: 6 Nos., top DUET logo with green box The technical scope requires all materials and medals to meet the specified quality standards with samples to be approved by DUET. Delivery is expected within 10-15 days after receipt of the supply order. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, GST, and Sindh Revenue Board and must have at least five years of continuous experience in printing services and medal manufacturing. A valid bid security of Rs. 131,600/- in the form of Pay Order/DD/Bank Guarantee is mandatory. Bids must be submitted online through the SPPRA EPADS portal and a hard copy submitted to the Governor Procurement Committee. The bid validity is 90 days from the opening date. The deadline for submission is 23rd October 2026 at 3:00 pm, with bid opening at 3:30 pm the same day.
