Development and Allied Works of Class-III Shopping Center No. 2 Sector G-14/4 Islamabad

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) in Islamabad is procuring development and allied works for Class-III Shopping Center No. 2 located in Sector G-14/4. This project involves comprehensive civil construction activities including site development, infrastructure works, and allied facilities to enhance the shopping center's functionality and aesthetics. The technical scope covers all civil works as per the Market Rates System (MRS) Punjab 1st B1-Annual 2026 for Rawalpindi district, including construction, finishing, and allied infrastructure. The site is situated in Islamabad, and the works must be executed with adherence to the specifications and drawings provided by the Directorate of Maintenance, FGEHA. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in Category C-6 or above, valid until 30.06.2026, and be active filers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Experience is mandatory with at least three similar projects completed in the last ten years, each with a minimum contract value of PKR 25 million. Bidders must submit a Technical Bid including work orders, completion certificates, and an affidavit confirming no blacklisting. The bid submission deadline is 03.06.2026 at 10:30 am via the E-PADS online portal. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 am at FGEHA's Directorate of Maintenance office in Islamabad.
