Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Shaheed Benazirabad invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Providing & Fixing of Marble at Roof of Academic Block-II located at Sakrand Road Landhi Stop Nawabshah, Sindh. This tender covers comprehensive civil works including dismantling of existing roofing, excavation, fixing of UPVC pipes, cement concrete topping, laying of verona marble flooring, installation of aluminum sheets and lead flashing for expansion joints, and surface preparation and painting with weather coat. Items being procured: - Dismantling 1st class tile roofing (22,627 Cft) - Re-handling of gravel work or excavation rock lead up to 50ft (22,627 Cft) - Khurras on roof 2'x2'x6" (3 Each) - Providing and laying UPVC pipes class 'D' 4" dia (400 Rft) - Providing & laying 1" thick cement concrete topping (22,627 Sft) - Laying verona marble flooring size 24"x12"/12"x24" (22,627 P.sft) - Providing & fixing aluminum sheet 6" to 9" with V notch for expansion joints (400 P.Lft) - Providing and fixing 1/16" thick lead flashing over roof expansion joint (400 P.Sft) - Surface preparation and painting with weather coat including rubbing and filling voids (8,000 P.Sft) - Second and subsequent coat of weather coat (8,000 P.Sft) - Removing and reinstallation of existing solar plates of 585 watt after roof treatment (430 P.No) The scope includes all civil, plumbing, electrical and ancillary works within the site boundaries as per drawings and specifications. The contractor shall ensure quality workmanship, use of approved materials, and compliance with all applicable standards and codes. The site office, labor camps, temporary utilities, safety measures, and environmental protection are the responsibility of the contractor. Eligibility requires valid PEC registration in appropriate category, active FBR and SRB registration with ATL status, and submission of bid security of 5% of total bid amount.
