Development of Engine O/H Kit

Heavy Industries Taxila through its Advance Research Development and Innovation Center (ARDIC) invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing NTN certificates for the development of Engine Overhaul (O/H) Kit. This procurement is governed by PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. The development will be carried out in Taxila Cantt, Punjab. Items being procured: - Piston (Qty: 13 Nos) - Trapezoidal Torus Ring (Qty: 13 Nos) - Reverse Torsion Bavel Ring (Qty: 13 Nos) - Multi-Piece Strll – Rail Oil Control Ring (Qty: 13 Nos) - Cylinder Sleeve (Qty: 13 Nos) - Intet Valve (Qty: 25 Nos) - Exhaust Valve (Qty: 25 Nos) - Inlet Valve Seat (Qty: 25 Nos) - Exhaust Valve Guide (Qty: 25 Nos) - Bearing Shell for Connecting Rod (Qty: 25 Nos) - Fuel Feed Pump (Qty: 2 Nos) The technical scope includes development as per detailed Bill of Material attached in the tender documents. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelope Method. Eligibility criteria include NTN registration, sales tax registration, audit reports for last three financial years, bank statements, CNIC of CEO/MD, trade link with OEM if applicable, and a judicial certificate confirming no blacklisting or default. A postal order of Rs 2,000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid. Bid security of 2% of quoted value up to Rs 0.5 million is required in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order. Bids must be valid for 180 days. Delivery period is 18 months after contract signing. Bids must be submitted by 26 October 2026 at 1030 hours at ARDIC Gate, Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt. Bid opening will be on the same day at 1100 hours at ARDIC. Firms should ensure compliance with all mandatory conditions and provide all required documentation. Late submissions will not be entertained. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
