Procurement of 50 KVA Generators by Rawalpindi Women University

Rawalpindi Women University (RWU) invites electronic bids on bulk, Lot-wise exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the provision of 50 KVA Generators. This procurement is open to eligible bidders registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments and meeting the requirements of the Bidding Document. Bids shall be processed on a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Items being procured: - 50 KVA Generators Bidding documents are available electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (ppra.punjab.gov.pk) as well as the Rawalpindi Women University website (www.rwu.edu.pk). No physical purchase of the bidding document is required unless expressly permitted by applicable PPRA rules. Prospective bidders must submit their electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 11:30 AM on 15-Oct-2026. The bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may attend with a valid authority letter from their respective organization. Bid Security of Rs. 188,000/- must be furnished in the form and through the electronic/digital mechanism prescribed by PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement Portal in favor of Rawalpindi Women University. The original affidavit confirming non-blacklisting on stamp paper must be submitted in physical form at the address given before the specified closing date and time. University management reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
