Tender Description
This tender invites qualified firms in Quetta, Balochistan, to develop and implement a Grievance Redressal System (GRS) for the Director General IT Balochistan. The project focuses on creating a robust digital platform to streamline complaint management and resolution processes within the department, enhancing transparency and responsiveness.
The scope includes software development, system integration, and deployment tailored to the department's operational needs. Bidders should consider the technical challenges of integrating with existing IT infrastructure and ensuring user-friendly interfaces for diverse stakeholders. The system must support secure data handling and real-time tracking of grievances.
Interested bidders must hold relevant PEC categories for IT services and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. Compliance with these requirements ensures eligibility and smooth processing of bids. It is advisable to prepare all documentation, including Earnest Money and Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), in line with the tender rules.
The submission deadline is set for 02 March 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must submit their proposals online via the BPPRA portal, ensuring timely and complete submissions. The physical office address for any correspondence is the Director General IT Balochistan office in Quetta.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the amended bid documents available on the BPPRA website to avoid missing any critical updates or changes in submission requirements, especially regarding technical bid formats and Earnest Money specifications.
