Sui Northern Officer's Co-Operative Housing Society Ltd Lahore is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from financially strong, well-reputed, and experienced firms, companies, investors, and facility operators for the development, establishment, operation, and management of community facilities within the Society in Lahore. This tender focuses on the development and operation of key community infrastructure to enhance lifestyle and commercial amenities for residents. Items being procured: - Modern Gymnasium & Fitness Centre - Family Recreation Area - Multi-Purpose Commercial Hall (5000 sqft) - Café / Restaurant - Other lifestyle and community facilities The scope includes the establishment and operational management of these facilities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. The facilities are intended to serve the community with modern amenities and professional management. Interested firms must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years' proven experience in developing and operating similar facilities, maintain a minimum bank balance of PKR 50,000,000 or provide equivalent financial capacity evidence, and show a proven record of successful project execution and professional management. Eligibility criteria require valid registration documents authorizing operation and management of club and other facilities, company profile, details of relevant experience and completed projects, bank statements or documentary evidence of financial capability, and a proposed business plan and operational concept. Bidders must submit a bid security of PKR 1 Million and purchase the prescribed bid form for PKR 200,000 from the society office. The submission deadline is 17 August 2026 by 2:00 PM.
