Car Parking Stand and Security Arrangements on Railway Land at Railway Station Rawalpindi

Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi Division invites sealed bids on a single stage two envelope basis (Technical & Financial Proposals) from Individuals, Firms, or Companies for the assignment of car parking stand and security arrangements on railway land at Railway Station Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - Car parking stand management - Security arrangements on railway land Bidding documents can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 from the Divisional Superintendent office (Commercial Branch) from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 to 15:00 hours up to 08-10-2026. Bids must be dropped in the Tender Box at Divisional Accounts Office, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi by 09-10-2026 at 12:00 hours. Tender opening will be on the same date at 12:30 hours in presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security of Rs. 500,000 and Rs. 1,000,000 as participation fee in shape of demand draft/CDR or pay order in favor of Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Rawalpindi must accompany bids. The successful bidder will deposit performance security equal to 10% of total accepted financial offer in CDR form. The contract is for three years with an option to extend for two more years subject to satisfactory performance. License fee will increase by 10% each successive year. Technical proposals will be opened at 12:30 on 09-10-2026 in presence of bidders. Financial proposals will be opened after evaluation of technical proposals on a date and time to be conveyed to qualified bidders. Bidders must attach attested documents substantiating their claims. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned. The Railway administration reserves the right to reject any bid prior to acceptance without assigning reason. The tender notice is also available on PPRA website (www.ppra.gov.pk). Bidders should ensure timely submission and proper documentation to avoid disqualification. Early purchase of bidding documents is advised to allow sufficient time for preparation.
