Development of Park with Infront of Bismillah Swimming Pool House No. C-43 AL-Habib Society at Maymar Avenue Road TMC Sohrab Goth Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth Karachi invites sealed bids for the development of a park located in front of Bismillah Swimming Pool, House No. C-43 AL-Habib Society at Maymar Avenue Road, Karachi East. This procurement is for civil works involving earth dressing and levelling, filling and watering, laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks, kerb stones, excavation for pipeline trenches, laying HDPE pipes, fixing sluice valves, refilling trenches, and installation of RCC benches. Items being procured: - Dressing and levelling of earthwork (ordinary or hard soil) - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floor with new earth - Providing sweet earth free for salt and grass roots - Supplying and spreading well decayed cow dung manure - Providing Dhaka grass with watering and laying - Providing and fixing RCC benches with CC foundation - Providing and laying aggregate base course as per AASHTO standards - Providing and fixing cement paving blocks flooring - Providing and fixing precast edge kerb stones - Excavation of pipeline trenches and pits - Providing and fixing HDPE pipes PN-8 - Providing and fixing CI sluice valves and accessories - Refilling excavated trenches with watering and ramming The scope includes all materials, labour, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the works within 3 months. Bidders must be licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and demonstrate relevant experience. A bid security of 5% of the bid price is required along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids must be submitted online via the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) e-procurement portal by 11:00 AM on 09-11-2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Superintendent Engineer, Town Municipal Corporation Sohrab Goth. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents, ensure completeness of submissions, and comply with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration, NTN certificate, and relevant experience.
