Tender Description
The District Council Mandi Bahauddin invites tenders for Development Schemes of the Annual Development Program 2026-27 from registered contractors on E-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and codes for the Financial Year 2026-27. The estimate of the work is based on MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 and local market rates.
Items being procured:
- Construction of River View Park at Old Rasul Barrage Mandi Bahauddin
- Construction of PCC Street Drain Soling Syed
- Construction of PCC Street Drain Bosal
Tenders and bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 12-10-2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives in the Hall of District Council Mandi Bahauddin.
All procurement activities across Punjab shall be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bid Security of 5% in favor of District Council Mandi Bahauddin must be uploaded as per guide lines on the portal. Conditional tenders shall not be entertained. The selection method is least cost. Submission of forged documents or CDR by any contractor will lead to legal action.
Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security equal to the difference. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of deposited money without further notice. Contractors will be bound to perform work in accordance with PPRA Rules.
PEC registration in relevant category, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as specified are mandatory. The tender submission deadline is 12-10-2026 at 12:00 PM, with opening at 01:30 PM at the District Council office.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all documents, especially bid security and PEC certificates, are correctly uploaded on the EPAD portal before the deadline to avoid disqualification. Attend the opening session to stay informed about competitors and clarifications.
