Developmental Work at Babri Banda Model Village District Kohat ADP No 260832

Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS for developmental works at Babri Banda Model Village, District Kohat by the Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil Gumbat. The tender includes three main schemes: - Installation/Rehabilitation of Solar Street Lights on Various Squares/Streets at Babari Banda Kohat (Estimated Cost Rs. 61.15 Million) - Construction/Rehabilitation of Drains at Babari Banda Kohat (Estimated Cost Rs. 53.77 Million) - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Family Park, Streets, Drains and Culvert at Babari Banda Kohat (Estimated Cost Rs. 41.08 Million) The works involve installation and rehabilitation of solar street lighting, drainage construction and rehabilitation, and improvement of public park and streets including culvert works. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 or above with specialization codes EE11 (solar installation and general electrical works) and ME06, ME07 (mechanical miscellaneous works). Valid registration with SECP as Private Limited Company, Electrical Inspectorate Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and C&W Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is mandatory. Active registration with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) for sales tax is required. Registration with PPIB and AEDB is also necessary. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in favor of the Assistant Director LG&RDD Tehsil Gumbat, District Kohat. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS by 21 October 2026 at 12:15 PM with physical delivery of bid security to the office before closing. The bid opening will be on the same day at 2:00 PM. Online clarifications are allowed until 5:00 PM on 5 October 2026. Bids remain valid for 90 days. All applicable taxes will be recovered as per government directives. Prospective bidders must register on EPADS to obtain a username and password. The bid documents can be downloaded from www.eprocure.gov.pk and KP-PRA website. Cutting and overwriting in bid documents is not allowed. Bidders must comply with KPPRA rules and avoid submission of false or incomplete information to prevent disqualification.
