Extension and Revamping Work of Auditorium Building at Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital Dina Nath

Pak Red Crescent Medical College & Teaching Hospital in Dina Nath invites sealed bids from well-reputed firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above for the extension and revamping work of the Auditorium Building at PRCMC&TH. Items being procured: - Extension and Revamping Work of Auditorium Building at PRCMC&TH Dina Nath The project involves civil works for the extension and renovation of the auditorium building. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-6 or higher and should have valid FBR/ATL registration. The estimated cost of the project is Rs. 4,200,000 (42 Lacs) with a bid security of 2% amounting to Rs. 84,000. The completion period for the work is 1.5 months or 45 days. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon submission of a written request on the firm's letterhead along with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2,000. The fee may be paid in cash or deposited in the PRMC&DC bank account. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Pak Red Crescent Medical & Dental College. Sealed bids must reach the Medical Superintendent's office at 48-Km Multan Road, Dinanath, Kasur on or before 08 October 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Bids will be opened at 01:00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
