Tender Description
The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Zakat, Ushr, Social Welfare, Special Education and Women Empowerment Department invites e-bids via the e-PADS system for the disbursement of monthly payments to Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) for the financial years 2025-26, 2026-27, and 2027-28. Interested bidders must be registered with the State Bank of Pakistan and other relevant authorities.
Bids must be submitted digitally by 11:00 AM on 31st December 2025, with original bid security submitted by the same deadline. The process includes technical and financial evaluations under KPPRA rules, and bidders must keep their bids valid for 90 days. The department reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any stage.
