Blanket Insurance Services for Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Assets for FY 2026-27

Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites sealed quotations from income tax and sales tax registered firms, bidders, or companies having at least rating 'A' for Blanket Insurance of the Bank's Assets for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted in accordance with AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017 using the Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Process as per AJK PPRA Rule 36(b). Items being procured: - Blanket Insurance coverage for Bank of Azad Jammu and Kashmir assets for FY 2026-27 The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents can be obtained from the Bank of AJK office upon payment of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) via Pay Order, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque in favor of 'Bank of AJK' until 06-10-2026 during working hours (9 AM to 5 PM). Interested bidders must submit their Technical and Financial proposals by 07-10-2026 at 3:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 PM. Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. The evaluation will follow the Quality and Cost Based Selection method. Bidders must submit two separate envelopes clearly marked as 'TECHNICAL PROPOSAL' and 'FINANCIAL PROPOSAL'. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 01-10-2026 at 11:00 AM in the committee room of the Bank of Azad Jammu Kashmir Head Office, Muzaffarabad. Bid security of Rs. 300,000 must accompany the bid in the form of CDR, DD, PO, or Banker Cheque payable to Bank of AJK. Bids without bid security will be rejected outright. Financial bids of technically disqualified bidders will be returned unopened. Financial bids of qualified bidders will be opened at a later date to be announced. Bidders must have valid NTN (Income Tax and GST), relevant tax certificates, and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR/CBR. Blacklisted firms or bidders are prohibited from participation and must submit an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted or in conflict with any government entity in AJK or Pakistan. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per AJK PPRA Rules.
