Dismantling, Removing, Fixing MS Pipe & Sheet, Sand Blasting & Epoxy Painting with Primer Coat Works at Aman Tower Cooling Towers

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites bids for specialized works involving dismantling, removing, fixing MS pipe and sheet, sand blasting, and epoxy painting with primer coat at the Aman Tower Cooling Towers located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Dismantling of railing of ladder and steps with landing platform - Fabrication of new railing at site with GI pipe - Sand blasting of damaged and affected structural areas - Painting of structure with multiple coats of high build epoxy primer - Refurbishment of MS structure including vertical supports, horizontal platform with grating and pipes - Painting of ladder with platform and railing with epoxy primer coats The scope includes surface preparation to Sa 2.5 near white metal finish, application of Jotun/Nippon/Master brand epoxy paints, and quality control inspections as per ISO and SSPC standards. The contractor must ensure safety measures, site cleanliness, and proper disposal of waste materials. A mandatory site visit is scheduled on September 10, 2026, at 12 Noon at IBA City Campus. Eligibility criteria require at least three years of relevant experience, minimum average turnover of PKR 4 million over two years, valid FBR and SRB sales tax registration, NTN certificates, and no blacklisting. Bid security of Rs. 42,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of IBA Karachi is mandatory.
