Tender Description
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA) is conducting an open public auction for the dismantling and removal of serviceable malba and usable materials at the High Rise Flat (HRF) Warsak-II site located on Warsak Road, Peshawar. This project involves the demolition of existing structures and the clearance of all dismantled materials at the specified site. The scope includes personal inspection of the site, submission of earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), and active participation in the auction process. The auction will be held on 19th May 2026 at 12:00 PM at the HRF Warsak-II site.
Interested bidders must visit the site for inspection between 30th April and 18th May 2026 during working hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A refundable earnest money of Rs. 350,000/- must be submitted in favor of the Director General KPHA on or before 18th May 2026. The highest bidder will be required to deposit one-fourth of the bid amount immediately after the auction and the remaining amount within 10 days, including all applicable government taxes. The successful bidder will be responsible for starting the demolition and removal work within 7 days of approval and completing it within 30 days.
Eligibility requires bidders to have the financial capacity to provide the earnest money and the ability to comply with the auction terms and conditions. The bidder must ensure safety and traffic management during the removal process. The KPHA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid with valid reasons. The submission deadline and auction date are critical, and all documents must be submitted timely at the HRF Warsak-II site.
