Tender Description
This disposal notice from Kaghan Development Authority Mansehra invites bids for the sale of unserviceable assets including a condemned FAW Mini Carrier/Dumper vehicle and scrap/used tyres and batteries. The auction will be held in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, under an open competitive bidding process via auction/boli.
The condemned vehicle is located at the KDA Paras camp office and can be inspected during working hours with the assistance of the Assistant Building Inspector. Scrap tyres and batteries are available for inspection at the KDA head office. Bidders must obtain a registration form and deposit a non-refundable fee for participation. The auction requires earnest money in the form of a call deposit or bank draft equal to 2% of the reserve price. The successful bidder must pay the full amount via bank draft to the Project Director KDA Mansehra. Removal of the assets will be the responsibility of the winning bidder within seven working days after acceptance.
Prospective bidders should ensure compliance with FBR/KPRA registration and relevant regulatory bodies. An affidavit on stamp paper confirming eligibility and non-blacklisting is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2012 and related rules. This tender does not require PEC registration as it involves disposal of assets rather than construction or services.
The submission deadline is set for 9th April at 12:00 PM, with bids opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the KDA conference room. Interested parties should submit bids in sealed envelopes and attend the auction in person at the Kaghan Development Authority office in Ghazikot Township, Mansehra.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to carefully review the auction terms and conditions in the bid solicitation documents, especially the earnest money requirements and the exact timing for bid submission and opening to avoid disqualification.
