Disposal of Unserviceable Electrical Panels and Equipment

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and damaged electrical panels and equipment located at various 66 KV and 132 KV Grid Stations in Kohat, Lachi, and Gumbat. The items include 11 KV O/G Panels with trolley and oil, 11 KV I/C Panel with trolley, damaged 11 KV Bus Coupler, unserviceable 11 KV O/G Panels with trolleys, damaged 132 KV CTs, 11 KV O/G Panels with trolley, 132 KV Lightning Arresters, and 132 KV Circuit Breakers with complete mechanisms. This disposal is conducted on an "as is where is" basis under the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure through EPADS v2.0 in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended) and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations 2024. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for Income Tax and Sales Tax and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Earnest Money or Bid Security must be submitted electronically via EPADS and in original form (Pay Order/Bank Draft) in favor of PESCO Sale Proceeds Account before the closing date and time.
