Tender Description

The State Bank of Pakistan, Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Muzaffarabad is offering for disposal its fixed assets located at Upper Chattar, Muzaffarabad. This procurement is specifically for the disposal of various fixed assets including carpets, furniture, and electronic equipment on an as-is-where-is basis. Interested bidders are invited to submit sealed bids under the National Open Competitive Bidding method following the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure as per Public Procurement Rules 2004. The technical scope involves the sale and removal of fixed assets lying at the SBP BSC Muzaffarabad premises. Bidders can inspect the items on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 04:00 PM. The disposal value is estimated at **PKR 102,000** with a required earnest money security deposit of **PKR 5,000** in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. The successful bidder must pay 100% of the offered price within seven days of award notification and is responsible for removing the assets at their own risk and cost within two weeks.
