Successful bidders must remove all items at their own risk, cost, and labor within 14 days after full payment and tax clearance. The disposal is conducted through sealed bids with security deposits required per lot, refundable to unsuccessful bidders. The highest bidder for each lot will be awarded the contract and must deposit 100% of the offer price within 14 days of notification.
