Disposal of Unserviceable / Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Store Shalamar

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items located at the Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore. This tender is issued by the department of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) and is open for national competitive bidding under a single stage one envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules-2004. Items being procured: - 132/11KV 10-MVA Power Transformer Damage (Electroputre No. 01) Quantity: 1 - 132/11KV 10-MVA Power Transformer Damage (OTE Make) Quantity: 1 - 132/11KV 10-MVA Power Transformer Damage (Asea Lepper-Dominit Make) Quantity: 1 - 132/11KV 10-MVA Power Transformer Damage (Elprom Make) Quantity: 1 - 132/11KV 10-MVA Power Transformer Damage (OTE Make) Quantity: 1 The scope includes the disposal of these damaged and unserviceable power transformers located at various 132KV Grid Stations including KLP, Ellahabad, Kangan Pur, Kasur Old, and Khuddian Khas. The bidders must comply with all safety protocols during inspection and lifting of scrap. The lifting of scrap material must be completed within 21 working days from the issuance of the Work Order under supervision of LESCO's nominated committee. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The successful bidder must submit 100% payment within 21 working days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Penalties apply for delayed lifting at 1% of the bid amount per day. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with FBR, have an active ATL status, and provide fixed bid security as specified. Bidders must also submit an undertaking regarding non-blacklisting and compliance with public health, safety, and environmental regulations. The bid security must be in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (version 2.0). The deadline for bid submission is 30-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders should ensure timely submission of original bid security to the office of Chief Engineer (MM) LESCO HQ Lahore before the deadline.
