Tender Description
Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for the disposal of scrap material specifically 11 KV power cables of 1000 MCM burnt scrap from its Multan division. This procurement is aimed at responsible and efficient disposal of electrical scrap materials to ensure environmental compliance and resource recovery.

The scope involves the collection and removal of burnt scrap cables from MEPCOโs designated sites in Multan. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have relevant experience in scrap disposal or electrical waste management. PEC registration is not mandatory for this disposal contract but prior experience in handling similar scrap materials will be advantageous. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted as per tender requirements.
The original tender was published on 24-06-2026, and the bid submission deadline has been extended to 28-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU MEPCO Multan. Late submissions will not be entertained.
