Disposal of Unserviceable/Scrap Material at MEPCO Regional Stores Multan and Sahiwal

Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis for disposal of unserviceable and scrap material lying at MEPCO Regional Stores Sahiwal and Multan. The disposal is conducted under EPADS 2.0 using a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Items being disposed: - Lot-1: Single Phase & 3/Phase MDI Meter Scrap (208,500 Kg) - Lot-2: Single Phase & 3/Phase MDI Meter Scrap (208,500 Kg) - Lot-3: Single Phase & 3/Phase MDI Meter Scrap (208,500 Kg) - Lot-4: Single Phase & 3/Phase MDI Meter Scrap (208,500 Kg) - Lot-5: Single Phase & 3/Phase MDI Meter Scrap (162,000 Kg) - Item-1: Pajero Jeep (MIT) MHA-1010 (1 No.) - Item-2: Land Rover Discovery Jeep CEC-8543 (1 No.) - Item-3: NISSAN Pick Up SLF-625 (1 No.) - Item-4: Land Rover Discovery Jeep MNV-2690 (1 No.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 10 KVA (7 Nos.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 15 KVA (1 No.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 25 KVA (20 Nos.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 50 KVA (30 Nos.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 100 KVA (21 Nos.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 200 KVA (5 Nos.) - Lot-1: Empty Body T/Fs 400 KVA (1 No.) The materials are located at MEPCO Regional Stores Sahiwal and Multan and will be disposed on an "As is Where is" basis. Interested bidders can visit and inspect the scrap on working days between 09:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Detailed terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on EPADS (EPADS V2.0) portal (www.epads.gop.pk). Bidders must register on EPADS to participate. E-bids will be opened publicly through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the office of Director (Procurement) MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Bid Security/Earnest Money in original as per fixed amount in the form of CDR/Pay Order issued by any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO Multan must be submitted before the E-BID submission deadline in the office of Director (Procurement) MEPCO Khanewal Road, Multan. Bids not submitted in an envelope clearly marked with tender number will be rejected. Copy of the same shall be attached with the E-BID. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids and proper earnest money to avoid disqualification. Inspecting the scrap physically before bidding is highly recommended to assess condition and quantity accurately.
