Disposal of Unserviceable Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Stores

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items located at its Regional Store Shalamar and 132KV Bhikhi and Shahkot Grid Stations in Lahore. This tender is issued by the department of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) and is open to all qualified firms interested in purchasing scrap material on an "As is Where is" basis. Items being procured: - Iron/Tower Scrap Kg 255,562 at 132KV Bhikhi Grid Station - Iron/Tower Scrap Kg 132,905 at 132KV Shahkot Grid Station The scope includes lifting and removal of scrap material from LESCO stores under supervision of LESCO's nominated committee. The contractor is responsible for transportation, labor, and compliance with safety SOPs including provision of PPE to workers. The scrap must be lifted within 21 working days from issuance of the Work Order. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The bidder must submit a fixed bid security in PKR as per the bidding documents and comply with all applicable tax and regulatory requirements. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks. The successful bidder must deposit 100% payment within 21 working days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active ATL status, NTN certificate, and submission of required documents including CNIC and income tax returns. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with environmental and safety regulations. The bidding will be conducted under National Competitive Bidding rules using a single stage one envelope procedure via E-PADS (version 2.0).
