Disposal of Unserviceable Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Stores

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items located at its Regional Store Shalamar and other specified stores in Lahore. Bidders must submit their bids through the E-PADS (Version 2.0) platform and comply with the single stage one envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA Rules 2004. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Deposit at Call, Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks and must be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period of 120 days. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR, active ATL status, submission of income tax returns for the last fiscal year, and provision of bid security as specified. Bidders must also submit an undertaking regarding non-blacklisting and compliance with public health, safety, and environmental regulations. The successful bidder will be required to lift the scrap material within 21 working days from the issuance of the Work Order under supervision of LESCO's nominated committee.
