Disposal of Unserviceable Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Stores

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items located at various Regional Stores including Shalamar, 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station, Depalpur Grid Station, 132KV Hujra Shahmuqeem Grid Station, and 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station 2. This tender is specifically for the disposal of iron and tower scrap material lying at these locations on an 'As is Where is' basis. Interested bidders are encouraged to visit and inspect the scrap material during office hours on working days to assess the condition and quantity before submitting their bids. Items being procured: - Iron / Tower Scrap Kg 115,992 at 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station - Iron / Tower Scrap Kg 106,431 at Depalpur Grid Station - Iron / Tower Scrap Kg 81,098 at 132KV Hujra Shahmuqeem Grid Station - Iron / Tower Scrap Kg 87,818 at 132KV Ellahabad Grid Station 2 The scope includes lifting the scrap material within 21 working days from the issuance of the Work Order under supervision of LESCO's nominated committee. The contractor is responsible for all transportation, labor, and safety compliance including provision of PPE to workers. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The successful bidder must submit 100% payment within 21 working days of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Penalties apply for delayed lifting at 1% of bid amount per day. Bidders must provide fixed bid security in PKR as per the bidding documents and comply with all terms and conditions including confidentiality and blacklisting policies. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active ATL status, submission of NTN certificate, income tax returns, and a non-judicial stamp paper undertaking regarding blacklisting and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS (version 2.0) and accompanied by original bid security submitted physically before the deadline.
