Disposal of Unserviceable Scrap Items at LESCO Regional Stores

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) invites bids for the disposal of unserviceable and scrap items lying at its Regional Store Shalamar and Fazaiya Store in Lahore. This tender is issued by the Chief Engineer (Material Management) LESCO HQ, Lahore. Dismantle/Un-Serviceable 132KV indoor & outdoor T/Kits The scope includes lifting and removal of scrap materials under supervision of LESCO nominated committee within 21 working days of work order issuance. Bidders must comply with safety SOPs and provide PPE to labor. Transportation and labor costs are borne by the contractor. Sub-contracting is not allowed. The successful bidder must submit 100% payment within 21 working days of Letter of Acceptance (LOA). Penalties apply for delayed lifting at 1% of bid amount per day. Eligibility requires registration with FBR, active ATL status, NTN certificate, and submission of fixed bid security as per bidding documents. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must comply with environmental and safety regulations.
