Tender Description
Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) is offering disposal of unserviceable transformers and various scrap materials located at the Regional Store Sheikhmanda, Airport Road, Quetta. This procurement involves the sale of a wide range of items including 15KVA, 25KVA, 50KVA, 100KVA, 150KVA, and 200KVA transformers in different conditions such as copper, silver, empty bodies, and single round types. Additionally, scrap materials like copper, iron, meter scrap, wooden scrap, ACSR conductor scrap, and dirty oil are included in the lots. The disposal is conducted on an 'as is where is' basis, and bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). For the sale of dirty oil, bidders must hold a valid OGRA license. The tender requires submission of a 10% earnest money in the form of a pay order or demand draft in favor of CEO QESCO Quetta before the closing date. The bid validity is 120 days from the date of opening. The e-auction will be conducted online through EPADS version 2.0, and manual bids will not be accepted. The closing date and time for bid submission is 30th June 2026 at 10:30 AM, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
