U Microfinance Bank Limited is conducting an open auction for the disposal of unserviceable and surplus assets from its Islamabad branch and various locations. The auction will be held at the U Bank Head Office, G-8/4, Islamabad, on 2026-11-11 at 10:00 AM. All items will be sold on an as-is-where-is basis, and successful bidders must arrange for immediate removal of purchased assets. Items being auctioned: - Office tables (various types and sizes) - Office chairs (different models) - Visitor chairs - Steel almirahs - Wooden racks - File cabinets - Computer tables - Workstations - Sofas - Air conditioners (split and window units) - UPS units - Generators - Printers - Photocopiers - Water dispensers - Refrigerators - Miscellaneous electrical and electronic items - Miscellaneous scrap lots (details and quantities as per on-site inspection) The auction lots are spread across multiple U Bank branches and offices in Islamabad, including G-8/4, F-6/1, F-7/2, F-8/4, F-10/3, F-11/3, G-10/4, G-11/3, G-13/1, G-15/1, I-8/3, I-9/2, I-10/1, I-11/4, D-12/3, D-17/2, BLL-218, and G-677/19. Interested parties are encouraged to visit the respective locations for inspection prior to the auction date. Earnest money in the form of a pay order or CDR is required for participation, and all applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidders. Bidders must bring original CNIC and proof of earnest money deposit on the day of the auction. The auction committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason.
