Disposal of Vehicles through E-Bids on As Is Where Is Basis by Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited

Islamabad Electric Supply Company Limited (IESCO) invites sealed e-bids for the disposal of vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. The disposal will be conducted at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Islamabad. The vehicles listed for disposal include a variety of truck and pickup models, motorcycles, and scrap materials. Bidders must submit earnest money or bid security in the original shape of CDR/Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before bid closing time. This e-bidding is strictly on an "as is where is" basis. Bidders may inspect the vehicles at IESCO Motor Pool near 132KV Grid Station Rawal Kashmir Chowk Islamabad during office hours till 30.09.2026. The successful bidder will be liable to lift the vehicle within 15 working days from the date of issuance of the release order. Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation. Advance 18% GST and 10% Income Tax or any other tax levied by the government shall be applicable on the offered bid if accepted. Payment for the successful lot must be submitted to Finance Directorate IESCO in the form of CDR in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO. Bidders are required to submit and upload an undertaking on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper before bid closing time. The Director General (Material Management) IESCO Head Quarters Islamabad is the contact authority. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the PPRA/IESCO regulations and submit bids timely to avoid disqualification.
