Tender Description
LESCO Lahore invites pre-qualified and registered manufacturers and suppliers to submit sealed e-bids for the supply of distribution materials including single phase and three phase smart meters. The procurement covers delivery to consignee stores at Regional Store Shalamar, Lahore, 132-KV Grid Station Walgon Sohail (Feroze Wattwaan), and 132-KV Grid Station Pattoki. This tender is financed through LESCO's local funds and requires free delivery to the consignee's stores.
The scope includes supply of 240,000 single phase AMI smart meters, 300,000 single phase meter fixtures and frames on steel supporting structures, 150,000 single phase meter fixtures and frames on PC poles, and 50,000 heavy-duty three phase meter fixtures and frames. The materials must meet detailed specifications and drawings provided in the bidding documents. The procurement process follows National Competitive Bidding (NCB) with electronic bid submission through the E-PADs portal and physical submission of bid bonds to the Chief Engineer (Material Management) at LESCO HQ, Lahore.
