Tender Description
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL), a leading gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from pre-qualified contractors of Bahawalpur Region for the FY 2026-27 system rehabilitation program. The procurement involves ditching, backfilling, reinstatement, and allied materials for underground network replacement at the Sub Area Rahim Yar Khan.
Items being procured:
- SEG.1: Allama Iqbal Town, Fazeelat Town, RYK Area - 1-1/4 Dia PE = 2715 Mtrs
- SEG.2: Allama Iqbal Town, Fazeelat Town, Club Road, Officers Colony, Mastan Shah, Qazafi Colony (Remaining Portion), RYK Area - 2 Dia PE = 2340 Mtrs, 2 Dia MS = 400 Mtrs, 1-1/4 Dia PE = 125 Mtrs
- SEG.3: 4 Dia pipeline from Zari Traqi Bank Ltd. to 2 Dia valve Near CP Station Girls College, Club Road, Officers Colony RYK Area - 4 Dia PE = 2500 Mtrs, 1-1/4 Dia PE = 260 Mtrs
- SEG.4: Rafiqabad, Sultan Colony, By Pass Road (Remaining Portion), Allama Iqbal Town, Fazeelat Town, Basti Haji Ahmed (Remaining Portion), RYK Area - 2 Dia PE = 520 Mtrs, 2 Dia MS = 400 Mtrs, 1-1/4 Dia PE = 1880 Mtrs
Each item will be evaluated separately. Bidders must provide copies of valid NTN/Income Tax Certificates, PPRA Certificate, and latest Professional Tax Certificate with their request for purchase of tender documents. The bidding documents are available from SNGPL Regional Office Maintenance Section, 6-D Model Town-A Bahawalpur.
The earnest money required is Rs.1000/- with bids prepared in accordance with instructions. Bids must reach SNGPL Regional Office Maintenance Section on or before 18/09/2026 at 15:00. Public opening of bids will be held the same day at 15:30.
