Drilling and Development of Tube Well Bore Along with Solar System at Different Union Councils of District Kohlu PSDP No. 46 2026-27

The Agriculture Department On Farm Water Management Kohlu invites sealed tenders/bids for the execution of various development works under the PSDP 2026-27 scheme. The project involves drilling and development of tube well bore along with solar system installation at different union councils of District Kohlu. Items being procured: - Drilling and development of tube well bore - Solar system installation The total estimated cost for this work is Rs. 49,751,037. The bidding firms must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above, with specialized codes CE09(ii) for Water Supply, CE10(i) for General Civil Engineering Works, and EE11(ii) for Solar Installation. Firms must have completed at least two assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least Rs. 34,825,725 in previous years. The bid security is 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee deposit. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPPS system of BPPRA by 17 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 11:00 AM. The presence in the Active Tax Payer List and registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council are mandatory. The prescribed tender participation fee must be deposited in the National Bank of Pakistan branch situated in Balochistan Province.
