Drilling and Installation of Water Bore and Construction of Electric Room at ANF HQ Rawalpindi

The Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, through its Anti Narcotics Force Headquarters in Rawalpindi, invites capable General Sales Tax (GST) holders and registered firms, organizations, companies, and contractors to submit sealed bids for the drilling and installation of a water bore and construction of an electric room at ANF HQ Rawalpindi. Items being procured: - 600' depth Water Bore with 12" borehole - 8" casing and 2.5" rising water pipe - 15hp submersible motor with all accessories - Electric and water supply from bore to underground water tank - Supply, installation, testing, commissioning and construction of electric room complete in all respects The technical scope includes drilling a deep water borehole with specified dimensions and installing a submersible motor along with all necessary accessories. Additionally, the project involves the construction of an electric room to house the electrical equipment, ensuring full operational functionality. The work must be completed in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions provided by the Anti Narcotics Force. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC under categories CE-04, CE-09, and CE-10, and must be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Bidders must also maintain valid Sales Tax and Income Tax registrations. A bid bond of Rs. 675,000/- in the form of a Bank Draft, Pay Order, or CDR in favor of Anti-Narcotics Force HQs Rawalpindi is mandatory and must be uploaded as a scanned copy on the EPADS portal before the closing date. Tender documents can be obtained from the P&D Branch ANF HQ or downloaded from the PPRA and ANF websites. Proposals must be submitted on EPADS (V-2.0) by 1000 hours on Thursday, October 29, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within two months as per schedule, failing which the bid security will be forfeited and the bidder blacklisted.
