The Public Health Engineering Division Kalat invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the execution of drilling and development of tube wells for water supply schemes at various locations in District Kalat for the year 2026. The procurement is based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Some tube wells include solarization for sustainable energy use. The works are to be executed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be on the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. Bidders must have completed at least three similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 7,666,030 in the last three years, demonstrating financial capacity. Bid security of 2% of the deposit at call is required. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned upon payment of PKR 2000 for drilling works and PKR 1000 for civil works through green chalan on account C02726-others. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 17 September 2026 till 10:00 AM.
