Tender Description
Public Health Engineering Division Swabi invites sealed tenders from eligible firms and contractors for the execution of water supply and sanitation works in Swabi district under the KPPRA procurement rules 2014. The department is seeking bids for two major projects in the central districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically targeting the improvement of water supply and sanitation infrastructure for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26.
Items being procured:
- Exit / Rehabilitation of Water Supply Scheme at Malak Abad Gadoon (S.Head; S/I of P/Machinery & Voltage Regulator complete in all respect, 1 Set), Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.500 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000
- Construction of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes in Central Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, District Swabi (WSS Topi Dhero; S.Head; S/I of P/Machinery & Voltage Regulator complete in all respect, 1 Set), Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.568 Million, Earnest Money: Rs. 31,500
The technical scope includes supply and installation of machinery and voltage regulators for water supply schemes, ensuring reliable and sustainable water delivery to the target communities. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and field of specialization, and must also be enlisted with the PHE Department. Adequate financial soundness, relevant experience, and personal capabilities are required as per the ITB. Bid security and additional security must be submitted in accordance with KPPRA Notification No.S.R.O. (12)/VOL; 1-20/2020-21 dated 21-04-2021. All contractors must also be registered with the KP Revenue Authority with active status.
The last date for submission of bidding documents is **21/09/2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Tender documents must be downloaded and submitted via the EPADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk). For further details, terms and conditions are available on the PHED website or can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours.
Tip: Ensure your PEC registration and KPRA status are up to date before submission, as non-compliance will result in disqualification at the technical evaluation stage.
