Tender Description
The National Bank of Pakistan, based in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring an advanced E-Learning Management Solution to enhance its training and development capabilities. This procurement targets suppliers and firms registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. The scope includes providing a comprehensive e-learning platform tailored to the bank’s requirements, enabling digital training delivery, content management, and user engagement.
Bidders must submit their electronic bids through the EPADS portal by the deadline of July 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The technical bid should detail the solution’s specifications, compliance with the bank’s needs, and implementation plan. The financial bid will be opened in the presence of the procurement committee and interested bidders at the National Bank of Pakistan’s Head Office in Karachi. Original bid security instruments must be submitted physically to the Procurement Division before the online submission deadline.
Eligible bidders should have valid PEC registration if applicable, be on the FBR ATL, and demonstrate relevant experience in delivering e-learning solutions to large organizations. The procurement process follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules, ensuring transparency and fairness.
A key tip for bidders is to ensure their technical proposals are comprehensive and aligned with the bank’s requirements, as incomplete or non-compliant bids may be rejected. Early registration on EPADS and thorough review of the bidding documents available on the official portal will facilitate smooth participation.
This tender offers a significant opportunity for IT service providers specializing in digital learning platforms to partner with a leading financial institution in Karachi. The submission deadline and bid security requirements are strictly enforced, so timely and accurate compliance is essential.
