The District and Sessions Court, Shikarpur invites bids for the establishment of two fully equipped E-Libraries at the Courts of Taluka Khanpur and Taluka Lakhi Ghulam Shah. Located in Shikarpur, Sindh, this procurement covers supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced IT hardware including Intel Core i5 desktops, HP LaserJet printers, TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 routers, smart 4K UHD displays, UPS systems, network switches, and ergonomic furniture. The project aims to enhance digital access to legal resources and improve operational efficiency within the judicial complex.
The scope includes delivery and setup of all equipment and software subscriptions for law sites, ensuring seamless connectivity and user-friendly environments. The technical specifications demand high-quality components with manufacturer warranties and on-site support. The installation must be completed within 30 days from the purchase order issuance, with strict adherence to the outlined configuration and quality standards.
Bidders must be registered under the Sales Tax Act, active on the FBR's Active Taxpayer List, and possess a minimum annual turnover of PKR 1 million over the last three fiscal years. Compliance with PEC categories is advised, and bidders should ensure all documentation including Earnest Money, NTN, GST, and vendor registration is complete.
