E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) Works at Swat

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for important highway and district development works in Swat. The procurement follows the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPR) rules 2014, amended up to 24-06-2025, under a Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Items being procured: - Emergent Nature Work in Highway Sub Division No.I at Saidu Sharif for the Year 2026-27 (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.900 Million) - Emergent Nature Work in Highway Sub Division No.II at Saidu Sharif for the Year 2026-27 (Estimated Cost Rs. 6.900 Million) - District Development Initiatives in Swat ADP No. 240309 (2026-27) Sub Head: Re-Construction/Rehabilitation of RCC Culvert Saidu Shagai (Estimated Cost Rs. 1.909 Million) These works involve emergent highway maintenance and rehabilitation activities in Saidu Sharif, Swat, including construction and repair of RCC culverts. The scope requires experienced contractors with PEC category C-6 and above. Bid security in the form of CDR is mandatory, with amounts of Rs. 150000 for the first two works and Rs. 42200 for the third. All bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013. Bidders should submit their electronic bids via EPADS before the deadline of 21st September 2026 at 12:00 hours. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-I Swat at Saidu Sharif.
