Provision of Earth-Moving Machinery (EMM) and Heavy Vehicles on Rental Basis

Geoscientific Research Institute (Private) Limited (GRI), Taxila, invites sealed bids from experienced, financially sound firms or contractors registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision of earth-moving machinery and heavy vehicles on a rental basis. The machinery will be used for raw sand collection, loading, transportation, and waste disposal at the Sailing Khaplu Valley Project in Gilgit-Baltistan. Items being procured: - Excavators - 210 HP (Required for Raw Sand Collection) 02 No's - Dumpers - 25-ton Capacity (Sieve Mounted) 06 No's - Excavators - 140 HP (Feeding in hoppers / waste disposal) 02 No's The scope includes operators, fuel, maintenance, and associated services. Bidders must follow the Single-Stage Two-Envelope Procedure under applicable PPRA Rules. Eligibility criteria, scope of services, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the Manager Procurement at GRI, Design Building, 2nd Floor, HMC-I, Hattar Road, Taxila during office hours. Sealed bids comprising separate technical and financial envelopes enclosed in one outer envelope must reach the undersigned by 02 November 2026 at 11:00 AM, clearly marked 'Tender No. 10/2026 – EMM & Heavy Vehicles Rental'. GRI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration with FBR and relevant tax authorities and to prepare earnest money or bid security as per tender documents. Timely submission and clear marking of envelopes will avoid disqualification.
